Maverick Precision Manufacturing delivers manufactured, machined metal parts to our Customers. When these parts require custom threads, precisions boring, grinding or honing, heat treatment and coatings, we work closely with recognized industry vendors to provide these custom features so that the finished part is correct as specified.

We make MWD chassis's, LWD tool carriers, downhole drilling motor parts, rotary steerable parts, wireline logging tool assemblies, pressure housings and tool interconnect assemblies as well as connector elements, wireline manufacturing inserts, wireline drums and a complete line of completion control assembly parts and production tubing control valves and mounting assemblies. We are comfortable machining soft steel, high strength steel alloys, aluminum alloys and beryllium copper.

Maverick Precision Manufacturing is an ISO Certified machine shop. We achieved our certification in July 2009 and we are committed to the principles of continuous improvement and quality work. We have weekly production meetings to ensure that all facets of the manufacturing process are synchronized and that no task goes unfinished. We are committed to defect prevention but when a part is scrapped, we replace it or discount the order depending on the Customer's wishes. We continually challenge our employees in an effort to minimize process failures and to eliminate scrap.

As soon as we receive your P.O. we will order the necessary material and schedule the production time. We will update you weekly on the delivery status of your order. The parts will be inspected 100% before shipping and invoicing!
